Everything really. The consistency of turning a biome such as the badlands into this astonishing base. It's a pleasure to watch it all come together

My favourite build has to be the little paths from one build to the other. The small roads in between and through builds make everything feel so much more tied together. The way everything in your world looks like it belongs is amazing. It's always strange to remember that this is a survival Let's play because the way you build it seems like you have everything you need at your finder tips.

Thank you so much. I wanted to try and replicate a real town/city where there's often lots of little pathways and cut throughs and access areas that build up over time. I do plan all the builds ahead of time in a creative version of the world, and this allows me to make sure all the new things I build fit into the same look. The other thing i'm not afraid to do though is move/change things as I want to make new builds. Like my storage area. It started as a building then I build the underground section, then expanded that and build cut throughs to other areas and access points for Elytra. Never be afraid to evolve a build. That's what makes them feel more lived in.

Pick a couple of core colours that you want and then use complimentary or contrasting colours and tones to go alongside them. Start with no more than 5 or 6 blocks in a block palette and then you can increase as you become more confident.
